How quickly will my order ship?

-Typically, it takes 6-8 days, not including the weekends and holidays to ship an order. This is the latest it will be sent but I do strive to send it as soon as the product is made. Shipping times are based on inventory at hand and if I need to order any materials or supplies to be able to complete the order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

-Unfortunately, I do not. I use standard shipping through USPS. Usually with standard shipping, it takes about three to five days for your order to be delivered from the date the shipping label is created and tracking number is active.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

I do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, I do accept cancellations that are done under 24 hours of ordering. Shoot me an e-mail if you would like me to cancel the order and I will do my best in canceling as long as it is within the 24 hours deadline.
